Pick from anything – mount on anything
MYDATA machines can be used in stand-alone cells just as readily as they can be integrated into a complete line. A range of manual load (ML) board handling systems are available allowing any shape boards to be mounted. The ML table is also the ideal solution for picking components from non-standard carriers or short tape strips.
Odd-shape fixture for conveyorized handling
A conveyorized line can also handle odd-shape boards by using the odd-shape fixture set. The fixture is populated with boards using magnetic holders, and then travels through the line without any modification to the equipment. Of course, the fixture is compatible with both jet printing and pick & place machines, as well as reflow ovens.
