General Conditions

• Overnight accommodation and subsistence are not included. An additional charge will be levied of £75 / €106 if required.
• With respect to the scheduled visits the price for the service contract includes all normal travel.
• In order to reduce additional costs whenever possible the local engineer will be sourced.
• Contracts that include "Call-out Hours" are only available during contract period. Hours not used will NOT be carried over during renewal.
• All parts used are chargeable except with the "All In" parts Option.
• It should also be noted that preferential treatment as regards to emergency breakdown is given to those customers who have taken out a service contract.
• MYDATA reserve the right to limit the numberof training creditsused per course for certain situations - Training Roadshow
• Machine Breakdowns caused by uncertified operators are not covered under this contract

• 30 days net after invoice date
• In cases where invoices are not paid within the payment terms, MYDATA will be authorised to withdraw the discount rules on actual invoices
• Flexible payment terms are available, please call your local office for more details (Admin charge of £10.00 / €14 per invoice will be charged)

• 20% discount from all standard spare parts for the duration of this contract.

• 20% discount on the regular hour rate (normal rate £95.00 per hour in the United Kingdom and €115 per hour in the Benelux)

• 20% discount on the regular pricing of MYDATA operator courses and MYSMT process knowledge courses.

• MYDATA is allowed to increase the contractual prices to a maximum of 5% per year.
