The Preventative maintenance kit is designed with you the customer in mind. Currently when performing a service visit, our service engineers will replace worn parts, subject to customer approval and will in the service report detail parts which maybe nearing the end of their life. Through monitoring this part usage and combining this with the serviceable parts MYDATA have now produced a preventative maintenance kit.
This kit can now be purchases for a significantly reduced price compared to the total price if the parts were purchased separately. It will be used by our service engineer when performing the annual service. All parts in the kit will be replaced on the machine, irrespective of part wear on the machine. By replacing these parts annually you are ensuring that your machine runs as efficiently as possible and are minimising the opportunity for a breakdown, causing downtime and delays to your production.
