David Snell joins from DDI Technology, where he was a production and process engineer. His responsibilities included the programming and maintenance of MYDATA placement machines, as well as day-to-day production and training issues. Prior to his time with DDI Technology he was a surface mount technician with Adept Electronics.

Andy Jones is degree educated in Electrical and Electronic engineering and has spent the majority of his working life in sales of capital equipment to the electronics industry. He has experience in direct sales to end users in the UK and abroad, and via international distribution networks. His most recent position was as International Sales Manager with Blakell Europlacer International. Previously, he has worked for Quad Europe, Astro Technology, and Sony (UK).
