In response to a number of customer requests and Mydata UK’s relocation to a brand new office we will be hosting 2 user group meetings and 3 workshops throughout 2008.
The user group meetings will be a valuable session offering you the opportunity to be updated on:-
• What the Mydata BUK Service team can do for you
• Product updates and Roadmap from Sweden
• Software Solutions and Demo’s
• Hardware Solutions and Demo’s
In addition, you will also be able to network with your peers and share ideas, problems, and questions with them and service staff from Mydata BUK and Sweden.

Workshops
The workshops are centred on being a lot more practical than the user groups. Primarily for the user, each day will concentrate on refreshing and filling in those gaps of knowledge, and again is Mydata’s way of helping our customers get the very best out of the solutions we offer. Free of charge they will concentrate on 3 key areas
• MYPlan Scheduling and Kitting optimisation
• MYLabel inventory management and off line kitting
• Machine Management Information and Package Creation
Each day will be spent going through the functional overview, common applications, common problems and how to fully integrate the software into your process. The goal is to arm the attendee’s with the knowledge they need to get the very best out of the software. Using ‘real life’ practical examples (we encourage you to bring your own) again having the advantage of being able to understand how the other attendee’s use the software should make this an un-missable event.
