In his new role, Adrian, who has a long and successful track record in the SMT industry, will help MYDATA automation Ltd to maintain and enhance the company’s renowned levels of customer service and support as its UK user base continues to grow.
Commenting on its success despite the difficult economic conditions, MYDATA notes that the SMT market in the UK is usually seen as very price driven. It reports, however, that the loyalty shown by its customers indicates they recognise that investing in premium products backed by expert support actually results in lower costs and higher profits compared with the purchase of cheaper equipment from supposedly low-cost vendors.
