The MYLink remote service allows our skilled technicians to see into your machine for answers without being at the facility. What's more, you'll be able to upgrade certain software and optimize parameter settings instantly!
When customers need help with a diagnostic problem, they contact one of our service engineers by phone, who then evaluate the problem and decide whether or not remote diagnostics will solve the problem. If this is possible, the customer links up with the Service Centre through a modem.
